While cycling through picturesque villages, hitchhiking on winding roads, or taking public transportation, you'll meet your fellow racers, share a drink or two, and maybe even develop a strategy—if your blood alcohol level doesn't betray you. With every pint and every brewery visit, you accumulate victory points, but don't lose sight of the finish line: you must return to Brussels' Grand Place on time to claim your victory.
Throughout the race, objectives will emerge, like challenges, in your brewing adventure. Some are immediate: visit a legendary brewery, taste a rare beer, or complete a daring task. Others require careful planning, such as collecting a bottle from each brewery type or stocking up on every variety of beer. And at the end, the ultimate test awaits: arrive sober, backpack full, and on time, or face hefty late penalties.
